Meet Elise (Trim) BROWN, LMsw, ADHD-CCSP

You’re already stronger than you think you are.

Bring healing and harmony back into your life.

You’re in the right place.

You remember a time when chaos, overwhelm, and disconnection weren’t the “norm” … but those days feel like a distant memory. Don’t you wish you had the tools to change that?

You’ve come to the right place.

I’m Elise (Trim) Brown, and I help individuals just like you: ones that have it within them to be healthy and thriving again, but just need the support to get there.

I help my clients find confidence, happiness, and fulfillment by equipping them with the tools they need to better understand themselves and one another.

Many of today’s solutions for insecure attachment, anxiety, and adulthood ADHD are one-size-fits-all or unclear, leading so many to feel like they aren’t making real progress. I know that your circumstances are unique, so every step we take is tailored to you, and always with an end goal in mind.

First, we examine the connection between our thoughts and behaviors that are causing feelings of overwhelm and stress. Then, we work on behavior changes that will be most effective for you. Through our work together, you’ll be equipped with the skills and confidence you need to thrive.

My style

I am dedicated to helping people find peace and comfort in life again.

My training in anxiety, ADHD in adulthood, and attachment style means I have the expertise you need and deserve when finding balance in life and relationships. But at the of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who “gets” what it means to be a person struggling with anxiety, ADHD and insecure attachment, right?

I get it because I’ve lived it myself and I have devoted my career to working with individuals with these same difficulties. I know that sometimes you just want to quit. So when we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist. You’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through.

Meet Ted.

If we meet long enough, you will inevitably meet or hear Ted during one of our sessions. He loves to sometimes bark in the background to let us know a bird flew by, a leaf fell in the yard, or somebody dared to walk on the sidewalk out front. Our safety is his number one priority, and always wants to help you feel safe and secure during our sessions. We are continuously working on our “quiet security” skills, but this is a work in progress.
